In your request, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Item Code(s) or name the product(s) you wish to return

  • The Reason for Return (optional)

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, products must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged

  • Be properly packaged in the original box

  • Have tags and original seals intact

Return shipments must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

The refund will be issued to:

  • The credit card used for payment, or

  • Your PayPal account

Refunds will be processed within 30 days, or in accordance with the policies of your payment provider.

 

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF RETURN

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products, including pre-orders

  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g. food, oils, beverages, cosmetics)

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken (e.g. intimates, swimwear)

 

The customer acknowledges and accepts that all food items and cosmetics fall into the category of products that may deteriorate rapidly, as their characteristics can be affected by improper storage.
